Weep
Weep. Let it out. Do not be ashamed or embarassed for expressing a heavy heart. Jesus taught us how to do it and we should embrace that. I believe that many people feel weeping expresses weakness, however, I feel it shows a sense of spiritual strength and devotion to God. We cannot give our whole selves to Christ if we continue to bury one of the core things that makes us human. To be a true follower we must deeply understand such a delicate form of expression and this means experiencing it first-hand, willingly and selflessly. So please, weep with Him.
“Jesus wept.” (John 11:35)
